Profit Wise Accounting is a growing accounting and advisory firm in Huntsville, Alabama. We are implementing Zoho One to streamline our client experience, automate marketing, and improve operational efficiency.
We are seeking an experienced Zoho implementation specialist who can independently build our CRM and marketing automation platform. This is a project-based contract with the opportunity for an ongoing retainer after successful implementation.
This position is ideal for someone who has successfully built Zoho environments for professional service businesses and can work with minimal direction.
Project Scope
You will work directly with the owner to implement the backend of our Zoho environment using established business processes and existing marketing content.
We already have much of the email content written. Your responsibility is to build, configure, automate, test, and document the system.
Responsibilities
- Configure Zoho CRM
- Build custom modules, fields, layouts, and pipelines
- Configure Zoho Campaigns and/or Zoho Marketing Automation
- Import and organize contact lists
- Build automated email campaigns using our existing content
- Create lead nurturing workflows
- Configure client onboarding automations
- Build referral and re-engagement campaigns
- Configure Zoho Forms and lead capture
- Configure Zoho Bookings (if applicable)
- Build workflow automations using Zoho Flow
- Integrate Microsoft 365, Outlook, RingCentral, and other business applications
- Create executive dashboards and reporting
- Test all automations before deployment
- Document every workflow for our Operations Manual
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years implementing Zoho One or Salesforce
- Extensive experience with:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Campaigns
- Zoho Marketing Automation
- Zoho Flow
- Zoho Forms
- CRM workflow automation
- Email marketing automation
- Experience implementing CRM systems from the ground up
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and lead nurturing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing CRM systems for accounting firms, CPA firms, law firms, financial advisors, or other professional service organizations
- Experience with Zoho Analytics
- Experience integrating third-party business applications
Initial Project Deliverables
By the completion of the project, you will have:
- Fully configured Zoho CRM
- Automated marketing campaigns
- Lead nurturing workflows
- Client onboarding automation
- Contact segmentation
- Reporting dashboards
- Documented workflows and implementation guide
- Tested and functioning automation system ready for production use
Following successful implementation, we anticipate retaining the selected consultant on an ongoing basis for approximately 5–15 hours per month to:
- Build additional campaigns
- Optimize existing automations
- Create new workflows
- Support future Zoho enhancements
- Recommend process improvements
- Assist with future module implementations
