We’re looking for a passionate Construction Crew Member to join our team.
We specialize in designing and building one-of-a-kind swimming pools and carry the largest selection of high-performance hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with excavation and site preparation for new Gunite pool installations
- Construct pool with lumber and steel
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete
- Install plumbing systems, pumps, filters, PVC fittings, and drainage components
- Operate construction tools and heavy equipment safely
- Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and supervisor instructions accurately
Expectations:
- Be timely and reliable every scheduled shift
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask and manage evolving responsibilities
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- At least 2 years of carpentry experience
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
