This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trained to install commercial-grade shelving and warehouse systems for major clients across the U.S. If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and serious about developing your craft — this opportunity is for you.
Note: This is not a casual job or a side gig. It’s a full-time, travel-intensive role for someone who wants to grow in a skilled trade and earn respect through real work.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the installation of industrial warehouse systems according to precise specs
- Learn to read blueprints, drawings, and instructions
- Safely use hand and power tools (you’ll be trained and tested)
- Work alongside experienced technicians and contribute to a tight-knit team
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and uphold high standards of quality
- Travel nationwide – this job is 100% travel-based
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic mechanical or construction experience (shop class, home projects, or similar)
- Can accurately read a tape measure
- Physically capable: able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work on your feet all day
- Driver’s license with a clean record
- Serious work ethic — dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ready to travel extensively and adapt to different job sites and environments
This Is NOT for You If You:
- Struggle with being on time or following directions
- Avoid hard work, or wait for someone else to finish your tasks
- Don’t take pride in your work or make excuses instead of fixing mistakes
- Are disorganized, careless, or disrespectful to others
- Lack common sense, attention to detail, or the drive to improve
- Can’t work on the road or be away from home for extended periods

Bonus Points (Not Required):
- Experience with warehouse racking, shelving, or construction
- OSHA 10/30 or other safety certifications
- Familiarity with job site tools and safety protocols
