What You Need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2–4 years of inside sales, sales operations, or commercial support experience; exposure to utility-scale renewable energy, energy storage, power generation, or transmission & distribution preferred.

Familiarity with large infrastructure or capital equipment sales cycles.
-
Strong understanding of sales funnel management and CRM tools.
-
Ability to communicate complex technical and commercial concepts clearly and professionally.
-
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple large-scale opportunities simultaneously.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
What is “Nice to Have”?
-
Knowledge of utility-scale BESS components (battery containers, PCS, EMS, transformers, SCADA).
-
Understanding of grid-connected applications such as frequency regulation, capacity, energy arbitrage, and renewable integration.

Experience supporting EPCs, utilities, IPPs, or project developers.

Familiarity with interconnection processes, permitting, and project development phases for Utility scale ESS projects.

Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Bilingual of English and Mandarin is preferred

Work Environment
The work environment is primarily an automated manufacturing plant with a concrete floor and is characterized by some temperature extremes, moderate noise, and forklift traffic.
