Northern Manhattan RehabNursing Center is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to complete their Clinical Fellowship in a supportive skilled nursing environment while gaining hands-on experience with a diverse resident population.

Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals

Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia

Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate

Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Clinical Fellowship supervision and mentorship provided

Supportive interdisciplinary rehabilitation team

Hands-on experience with short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents
