JETSET Pilates Lakewood Ranch — General Manager Overview
We’re bringing JETSET Pilates to Lakewood Ranch—a premier, high-growth community—and we’re looking for a General Manager who can build something exceptional from the ground up.
This is not a traditional manager role. This is a leadership position for someone who can set the tone, build a team, drive revenue, and create an unforgettable studio experience rooted in the JETSET method.
You will be the heartbeat of the studio—owning operations, leading your team, and cultivating a strong, engaged community that keeps clients coming back.
What You’ll Own
- Lead all day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a seamless, elevated client experience from first visit to membership
- Build, train, and develop a high-performing team of instructors and front desk staff
- Drive revenue through membership growth, conversions, and retention strategies
- Oversee scheduling, class optimization, and studio performance metrics
- Own the client journey—ensuring every touchpoint reflects the JETSET brand
- Manage studio systems including booking, reporting, and payroll (Mindbody, Axle, etc.)
- Maintain studio standards: cleanliness, organization, inventory, and equipment upkeep
- Execute and host community events, partnerships, and activations to build brand presence
- Partner with leadership on marketing initiatives, local outreach, and pre-sale strategy
- Create a culture of accountability, energy, and excellence within your team

- Strong leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or a high-touch service environment
- Proven ability to drive sales, hit revenue goals, and build community
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Natural ability to lead, motivate, and develop people
- Detail-oriented with strong operational and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with a warm, client-first approach

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
