Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, and upselling techniques to enhance sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service
- Provide expert wine knowledge and spirits experience to recommend pairings and enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving, bussing, and cashiering duties
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with cocktail service, wine knowledge, spirits handling, and beverage service techniques is highly desirable
- Hospitality or restaurant experience combined with a passion for the food industry is preferred
