Palisades is currently expanding its service footprint, and we are eagerly seeking to add a skilled and motivated Marketing & Outreach Coordinator / Business Development professional to our team in our Alpharetta, GA. As our Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to promote our organization and engage with our target audience. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work creatively and independently, and primarily digitally.
In this role, you will play an instrumental part in helping us drive business for our outpatient counseling offices, and particularly our popular Intense-Ish Outpatient Program.
This is a part-time/per diem role in which the selected candidate will be free to work remotely, in their spare time, and earn additional/extra income.
We are seeking a professional who is familiar with and enthusiastic about the behavioral health industry and who is interested in helping connect people and organizations with our high-quality clinical services.
The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator is responsible for reaching out to existing and potential referral sources and sharing how our services benefit the community at large. This role is directly responsible for driving business for our outpatient counseling office in Alpharetta, GA.
The selected candidate must fully understand our brand and service offerings in order to successfully conduct ongoing outreach activities which directly and indirectly lead to program admissions. Activities may include email marketing, phone calls, use of social media, in person meetings and other creative means which result in a steady referral pipeline.

Additional Specific Duties:
- Develop and execute creative outreach campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive referrals and admissions
- Collaborate with leadership team to create compelling content for our services and levels of care
- Utilize social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, to promote our organization and engage with followers
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for outreach and referral relationships
- Monitor performance marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business and admission goals
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in email marketing, social media marketing, and face-to-face business development
- Familiarity with market research techniques and tools
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Resource Management (CRM) platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Education / Experience
Completion of a bachelor’s or higher degree and a passion for or interest in the mental health, substance use, and/or behavioral health industry preferred but not required.
