Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer. You will be responsible for preparing food, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards, maintaining high-quality presentation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, including processing payments and providing change.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting shortages to management.
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to sales and customer service.
- Previous experience in the food industry or quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
