A well-established global manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service / Supply Chain Coordinator to support end-to-end order management and customer service operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment while collaborating with customers, logistics providers, manufacturing sites, and internal teams.
This position is responsible for managing the complete order-to-cash process, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment, invoice accuracy, and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support supply chain operations, resolve order issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Manage customer orders from order entry through invoicing and delivery.

Ensure timely and accurate order processing while supporting On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance goals.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales teams, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and logistics providers.

Monitor and troubleshoot ERP system issues affecting order processing, shipments, or invoicing.

Coordinate electronic customer orders (EDI) and maintain accurate customer master data.

Prepare commercial and proforma invoices for international shipments, including Letters of Credit, bank drafts, and advance payment transactions.

Ensure compliance with Incoterms, pricing policies, and customer order requirements.

Coordinate customs documentation and shipping paperwork in compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations.

Collaborate with multiple distribution centers and manufacturing sites to optimize shipment planning.

Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports as needed.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain organization.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Order Management.

Experience supporting B2B, retail, and customer fulfillment operations.

Working knowledge of logistics, distribution, and supply chain processes.

Experience using ERP systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information professionally.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP systems.

Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) customer service or supply chain experience.

Experience supporting international shipping, import/export documentation, or customs compliance.
