Now Hiring: OTR Box Truck Driver (26ft)
Are you a dependable, experienced driver ready to stay on the road and get paid for your grind? We’re hiring professional Over-the-Road (OTR) Box Truck Drivers who take pride in their work, stay disciplined, and want consistent miles with reliable pay.
Position Details:
- Position: OTR Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL or CDL)
- Pay: 20–22% of Gross Revenue (paid weekly, with raises over time)
- Schedule: 3 Weeks On / 2–3 Days Off
- Mileage: Average of 3,000 miles per week
- Advances: Available after 30 days of employment only (if you need an advance to start, do not apply)
Driver Requirements — No Exceptions:
- Minimum 2 years of recent box truck or commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no accidents, tickets, or violations, no exceptions)
- No felonies, no probation, no pending court cases (no exceptions)
- No Health or Personal obligations that require being home during work weeks
- Must be able to stay out 3 weeks at a time
- Must pass random drug tests (no drug use tolerated)
- Must have an active DOT medical card
- Able to operate lift gate and pallet jack
- Comfortable sleeping in truck (occasional hotel stays for downtime or breakdowns)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A smart phone
- At least 2 references from previous employment

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 26ft box truck and deliver freight nationwide
- Load, unload, and secure cargo properly
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections (mandatory)
- Follow all DOT and traffic safety regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and clear communication with dispatch team
