Sterling Custom Sheet Metal is seeking a facilities maintenance worker with landscape experience to maintain our grounds and buildings. Pay range of $15 to $20 will be determined by level of experience and ability to adapt and learn. After 90 Days we will meet to evaluate your performance. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Facilities Maintenance Responsibilities Include:
- Move product and materials
- Empty scrap bins
- Sort, rebuild, maintain pallets
- Trash pickup
- Maintain bathrooms
- Refresh water dispensers
- Maintain appearance of facility and grounds
Facilities Maintenance Skills Required:
- Facilities maintenance experience
- Landscaping experience
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Ability to work/adapt to a demanding and fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Capable of lifting 50+ pounds unassisted
- Reliable mode of transportation
