Solutions Architect (ServiceNow)

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

About the Opportunity
A leading organization is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Solutions Architect with ServiceNow expertise to support a critical process documentation, workflow optimization, and platform modernization initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing ServiceNow HR and business workflows that currently have limited or no documentation.
- Document end-to-end processes, workflows, approvals, dependencies, and integrations.
- Create clear workflow diagrams, process maps, and technical documentation that can be shared and utilized organization-wide.
- Trace underlying business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and standardization.
- Provide recommendations for workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices.
Reporting & Analytics
- Assess current reporting capabilities and reporting requirements.
- Support the migration from legacy ServiceNow reporting tools to ServiceNow Platform Analytics.
- Assist with the design, build, implementation, and optimization of dashboards and reports.
- Develop recommendations for future reporting strategies and self-service analytics capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Solutions Architect, ServiceNow Architect, ServiceNow Developer, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong understanding of workflow design, process mapping, and documentation methodologies.
- Experience creating business process diagrams and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Service Catalog, approvals, RITMs, SCTASKs, Business Rules, UI Policies, and scripting.
- Experience with API development, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical processes into user-friendly documentation.
