Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and extensive experience in retail or hospitality management. As a Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold our high standards of service and quality.
Duties
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling
- Supervise staff hiring, training, employee orientation, and performance evaluations
- Oversee scheduling, shift management, and ensure proper staffing levels for busy periods
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote specials and increase customer engagement
- Maintain operational standards including POS system management, pricing accuracy, and store cleanliness
Requirements
- Proven management experience within the retail or hospitality industry with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, bookkeeping, payroll, and cash handling
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in sales management, team leadership, and operational oversight
- Experience with retail math, budgeting, merchandising, and marketing strategies
- Familiarity with POS systems, retail sales techniques, and customer service excellence
- Ability to train staff effectively in areas such as cashiering, phone etiquette, and store procedures
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and store presentation
- Previous assistant manager or shift supervisor experience preferred
