Job Summary
We are a compassionate, holistic non-medical caregiving company seeking a positive, dedicated, and energetic caregiver to provide essential support and care to seniors in independent living facilities and clients’ homes in Missoula. We have various part-time shifts available between 7 AM and 9 PM to meet our client needs. Hours per week can be between 16-30 depending on your availability and our needs.

The ideal candidate brings experience in home care along with a genuine passion for enhancing quality of life for elderly clients, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those with specialized needs. This role blends professional caregiving skills with warmth, patience, and a positive attitude.
Duties
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor client health by checking vital signs and observing changes in condition.
- Assist with medication reminders to support adherence to prescribed treatments.
- Facilitate social interaction and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping.
- Document daily activities, observations, and any changes in client behavior or health status accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed for coordinated, holistic care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, nursing, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic patient monitoring and care procedures.
- Certification in CPR is highly desirable.
- Experience with developmental disabilities, dementia care, or hospice principles is a strong plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a true interest in helping seniors thrive.
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding in all interactions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while following safety protocols.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays (we provide care 7 days a week).
