Your impact
We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager who will build strategic business partnerships and deliver high-profile projects with key municipal clients in across the Southeast and beyond. This position will report out of the Louisville office.
We are looking for a driven individual who can integrate into our teams and will understand client organizations and processes, help us develop and work with our teams to deliver and enhance our clients organizational structure and assist in training technical teams as they transform organizationally to integrate digital solutions as well as work to tackle the challenges that face our industry. You will develop and maintain consistent relationships at all organizational levels, and work to ensure that Jacobs is the consultant-of-choice for our clients. You'll be able to leverage your people management and organizational leadership skills to optimize your team’s performance and consistently deliver high-quality technical solutions for our clients. In this role, you will play a leadership role in Delivering solutions for clients. This typically includes client relationship development, project-specific positioning activities, teaming arrangements, proposal preparation, and oral presentations consistent with established business development processes.

Here's what you'll need
B.S. or M.S. degree in related engineering or applicable discipline.
20 years of progressively experience with Water/Wastewater Treatment and/or Conveyance projects and municipal consulting.
Professional Engineer (PE).
Strong understanding of clients, organizational structures, and a proven history of leading project delivery teams to successfully meet client expectations.
Attributes that include excellent oral and written communication, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong data analysis and technical problem-solving, and a strong organizational approach.
Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in the creation and procurement of new and repeat consulting work.
Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and leading diverse teams.

125,500.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
165,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $125,500.00 to $165,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
