We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping young learners develop academically, socially, and emotionally while creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.
This position works collaboratively with school leadership, colleagues, students, and families to support student achievement and advance the academy's educational mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field desired
- Valid Teaching Certification desired
- Experience teaching Kindergarten or early elementary students
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience teaching foundational literacy and mathematics skills
- Knowledge of child development and early intervention strategies
- Ability to create engaging, student-centered learning experiences
- Experience working with diverse learners, including students with special needs
