Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via email in a friendly and professional manner

Schedule Sales appointments and follow up with customers

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction

Promote dealership services and products when appropriate
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior customer service experience (automotive or dealership experience a plus)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Previous call center experience

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Comfortable working with computers, scheduling tools, and CRM systems

A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
