Job Title: Loader Operator
Location: Sand & Gravel Mining Operation – Gainesville, Texas
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Front End Loader Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to safely and efficiently operate a Front End Loader to feed a plant 10 hours per day. This position is not a forklift operator or loading or unloading trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a front-end loader to feed hopper on plant quickly and efficiently.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety or mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain stockpiles, loadout areas, and the yard in an organized and safe condition.
- Communicate clearly with plant operator and managment, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all company safety policies, traffic rules, and operational procedures.
- Assist with general site duties as well as repairs to the plant.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a front-end loader is REQUIRED (1-2 years).
- Strong commitment to working safely at all times.
- Punctuality and good attendance are required.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Pass drug & alcohol/ fit for duty screening.
- Willing to work extended work schedules, overtime, weekends, and call-ins if necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for long periods while operating equipment.
- Ability to climb in and out of heavy equipment safely.
- Must be able to work in a dusty, noisy, and physically demanding environment.

Job Type: Full-time 5 - 6 days per week (50-65 hours per week)
