Position Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality cocktails, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining an efficient, organized bar. This role requires strong product knowledge, speed, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits to standard
- Deliver engaging, attentive, and personable service to bar guests
- Maintain full knowledge of cocktail menu, spirits, and seasonal offerings
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and presentation of all beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with service staff to support overall guest experience
- Assist with bar inventory, prep, and restocking
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Professional, polished, and energetic presence
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Craft cocktail experience and creativity in mixology
- Experience in nightlife or high-energy venues
- Knowledge of POS systems and bar inventory management
