SUMMARY: Drives company growth across all commercial services by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, seeking sales opportunities from current businesses, building strategic partnerships and expanding market presence utilizing relationship building, strategic planning, analytical skills and product marketing that convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.
This role is central to NCSS expansion strategy; bridging the gap between market potential and business execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies that align with NCSS objectives and mission.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to foster long-term revenue sustainment.
· Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track business development and sales metrics through relevant project management software and adjust strategies as needed.
· Customer Engagement: Prepare and conduct sales and business development presentations and meetings to showcase NCSS offerings utilizing all relevant presentation tools.
· Sales Presentation Development: Using market research and analytic tools, identify and purse customer opportunities with relevant presentation development for closure.
· Cross Functional Collaboration: Work across the organization to determine creative elements, product presentation, logistics and competitive pricing.
· Spokesperson: Be a positive, proactive spokesperson for NCSS’ mission, brand, employees and leadership.
· Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Potential future responsibilities
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field with 5 years’ experience or an Associate’s degree with 7 years’ experience.
· Must have at least 5 years’ proven sales experience.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Must have exceptional analytic and computer skills.
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Must have strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence to build relationships, foster trust, engage with clients and accept accountability for performance.
· Adaptable to dynamic market conditions and be capable of identifying untapped opportunities.
· Demonstrated ability to actively participate and perform in a team-oriented environment.
· Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and be able to drive. Company car provided.
Travel required for position.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
