We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing client. You will own a named territory of large enterprises ($500M+ in revenue), drive new logo acquisition, and build lasting relationships at the VP and C-suite level.This is a true "hunter" role. You will own the full sales cycle from initial pipeline generation to close, supported by a collaborative team in pre-sales, marketing, and customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Revenue: Deliver against aggressive revenue targets and key performance metrics.
- Execute Strategy: Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process, building and executing winning solution sales strategies.
- Build Pipeline: Generate new business opportunities across an assigned territory—managing forecasting, opportunity stages, and all outside sales functions.
- Connect at the Top: Establish and nurture VP and C-level relationships (Business and IT) within a defined set of named Enterprise accounts.
- Present & Consult: Orchestrate compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to executive needs.
- Manage Growth: Focus on new logo acquisition while managing existing accounts to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate: Work across all internal functions—including architecture, operations, procurement, and innovation teams—to close deals.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise SaaS platform sales into large North American enterprises.
- Track Record: Proven ability to consistently meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of enterprise and global account sales methodologies.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Ability to own and manage the entire sales lifecycle from demand generation through to close.
- Tech-Forward: Experience selling CRM, BPM, or workflow automation software is strongly preferred.
- Education: 4-year degree required, accompanied by genuine technical curiosity.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
