THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced delivery leader to formalize and lead our Project Management Office, bringing structure, consistency, and scalability to a delivery function that is ready to mature. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who has done this before, knows what a right-sized PMO looks like, can assess what is working, and lead a team of Project Managers through a period of meaningful operational change.
You will play a central role in our delivery function, partnering with our Director of Delivery on how implementations are staffed and run, how we support clients after they go live, and how we plan our workforce to stay ahead of a dynamic pipeline. While this role may include direct project involvement, its primary focus is building the system within which great project management happens.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Building and leading the PMO:

Establish a right-sized PMO that brings consistency, accountability, and scalability to our implementation delivery function

Define andmaintaina standardized implementation playbook, including themethodology, templates, and tools your teamoperateswithin

Lead, develop, and advocate for a team of Project Managers; set the standard for delivery excellence across the portfolio

Serve as the primary escalation path for your PMs when they hit blockers they cannot resolve independently

Define and oversee a structured client handoff process that ensures implementations transition to the support tier in a stable and healthy state

Establish delivery metrics and provide leadership with proactive, reliable visibility into portfolio health and risk
Staffing model and capacity planning:

Evaluate the current PM staffing model and design a scalable solution that handles increased implementation volume without a proportional increase in senior PM headcount

Maintain a forward-looking view of the implementation pipeline and translate it into concrete staffing needs and risk scenarios

Develop your team's versatility so that individuals can contribute across product lines when demand fluctuates

Build relationships with other product line leaders toidentifycross-product deployment opportunities for your team
