Woodsmiths is a 45-year-old architectural millwork company that continues to grow. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Estimator to join our team and help support our commercial casework and architectural millwork projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys reviewing drawings, working with numbers, communicating with contractors and vendors, and playing an important role in helping projects move from bid opportunity to awarded work.
The Estimator will be responsible for managing incoming Invitations to Bid, organizing bid documents, reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and submitting bid proposals to general contractors.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, analytical, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read architectural drawings, and a willingness to communicate clearly with general contractors, vendors and internal team.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
