The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span&gt;About the Unit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Innovation Unit, also known as 3AC, is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots&amp;#39; new ideas for the hospital. Nurses will care for a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions. The Innovation Unit serves as a wonderful opportunity for new graduate LPN and RNs to start nursing careers and is complimented by seasoned nurses who share their expertise. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span&gt;Position/Opportunity Highlights:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Self-Scheduling&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Every 3rd weekend rotation for NA&rsquo;s and every 4th weekend requirement for nurses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday &lt;b&gt;ONLY&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Current Indiana or compact state RN license&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;BLS for Healthcare Provider required&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span&gt;Baptist Health Floyd is a Pathway to Excellence&reg; designated organization. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
