As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional, resident-centered care by:
Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders
Performing resident assessments, wound care, and clinical documentation
Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Supervising, mentoring, and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life
Collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes for every resident
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current CPR Certification
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred, but not required
