Position Overview
Job Impulse is currently hiring for General Assembly positions for one of our clients. This is a resume-submittal client, and we are seeking dependable candidates with strong work ethic and manufacturing experience. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and available for mandatory overtime on weekends as needed.
Schedule
- 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Mandatory Overtime
7 days per week (no more than 8 hours per shift)
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $17.25/hour
- Raise Opportunity: $0.80–$0.90 increase after 6 months
- Health Benefits: Available after 30 days
- PTO: Available after 120 days
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have:
- Strong and stable work history
- Previous manufacturing or factory experience
- Good attendance and reliability
- Ability to work mandatory overtime on weekends
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
