Location: San Francisco Bay Area — on-site (exact office shared with shortlisted candidates)
Stage: Early-stage, well-funded AI startup
We're partnering with a venture-backed B2B software company building AI-powered productivity tools for professional teams. The product has found early traction with its first customers, and the company is now ready to invest in scaling its reach.
You'll join one of the company's earliest marketing hires and own the full growth surface — paid acquisition, organic channels, lifecycle, and product-led growth. You'll move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, building an acquisition engine aimed at high-value professional users. You'll work closely with the founding team, with the budget and speed to build from the ground up.
Paid & Performance Marketing Own strategy and execution across search, paid social, and newsletter sponsorships. Manage meaningful budgets against LTV:CAC and payback targets, and partner with engineering to build clean attribution and a measurement-first culture.
Organic Growth & SEO Own SEO and content distribution to drive sustainable organic acquisition, building a content engine that makes the company a go-to resource for its target audience.
Lifecycle & Retention Build and optimize lifecycle marketing to convert, onboard, and retain users, with segmentation tailored to the target personas.
Product-Led Growth Experiment with PLG motions — trials, freemium, in-product referral loops — in close collaboration with product.
Team & Leadership Lead a small team of growth marketers and creative specialists producing content that reads as useful, not promotional.
