We are seeking an experienced After-Sales Manager to lead our Service and Parts departments, ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the equipment lifecycle. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, maximizing customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team that supports our heavy equipment customers.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and develop Service Supervisors and Parts Sales Specialists.
- Coordinate service scheduling, equipment maintenance, and work order processes.
- Monitor warranty claims, returns, exchanges, and quality-related issues.
- Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- High school diploma and/or technical school education.
