Ultimate Headers located in Berea, Ohio is looking for a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team and build high-performance exhaust headers that fuel the passion of automotive enthusiasts. If you take pride in clean welds, tight fit-ups, and seeing your work come to life on the road, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- TIG weld thin-wall 304 stainless tubing (.049–.065)
- Set up machines, select proper filler, and maintain top-quality welds
- Perform precise welds (butt joints, slip joints, off-angle)
- Read blueprints and assembly drawings with confidence
- Assemble and mock up components to ensure perfect fitment
- Inspect finished products and correct any imperfections
- Follow all safety standards and best practices
What You Bring:
- Experience with TIG welding & fabrication (thin-wall preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- At least 1 year of welding experience (no certification required)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - could vary
