Duties
- Prospect and generate new acquisitions through events, networking, and territory management strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits
- Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, upselling opportunities, and ongoing support
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize market penetration and achieve sales targets
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction for clients and the company
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns and optimize outreach efforts
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently in B2R (business-to-retail) environments
- Proficiency in iOS software (iPads primarily)
- Experience or familiarity with outside sales, inside sales, and territory management techniques
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, deal closing, and account management
- Knowledge of technology or product demos to effectively showcase solutions to clients
- Ability to conduct market analysis, identify prospects, and generate leads through direct outreach
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Experience with sales environments and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Skills in upselling, cross-selling, and analyzing sales data to improve performance
