Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves cleaning windows on residential homes and small commercial buildings (up to 3 stories) using ladders and traditional tools—no lifts or high-rise equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean interior and exterior windows to a streak-free finish
- Safely set up and use ladders for heights up to 3 stories
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper handling of tools and materials
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Some physical fitness (lifting, climbing, extended standing)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior experience in window cleaning or related field
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with ladder safety practices

Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Typical work hours are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No weekend work
- No holiday work
- Start and end times may vary occasionally due to weather conditions and seasonal workload
