Real Estate Sales Specialist — Acquisitions & Dispositions
Compensation: Performance-based / commission-driven
Job Summary
We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Specialist to help generate, qualify, negotiate, and move real estate opportunities through our acquisitions and dispositions pipeline.
This is a sales role inside a real estate investment company. You will speak with motivated sellers, follow up with property owners, qualify deals, help negotiate purchase opportunities, and assist with moving deals toward assignment or sale.
This is not a traditional realtor role. You will not be listing homes, hosting open houses, or showing properties. We are looking for someone who understands real estate, can work the phones, can manage follow-up, and is flexible enough to help on both the acquisitions and dispositions side of the business.
We provide tools, training, lead data, systems, and access to inbound leads. However, this is still a performance-driven sales position. You should be comfortable with outbound calling, follow-up, rejection, negotiation, and being measured by results.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to property owners, agents, buyers, and real estate contacts
- Follow up with motivated sellers from inbound and outbound lead sources
- Qualify seller motivation, property condition, asking price, timeline, and situation
- Help determine whether a property could be a viable investment opportunity
- Set appointments, gather property details, and move qualified leads to the acquisitions process
- Assist with negotiating purchase opportunities with sellers
- Help communicate with buyers, investors, and agents on active deal opportunities
- Support dispositions by helping move deals toward assignment, sale, or buyer interest
- Maintain accurate notes, tasks, follow-ups, and lead statuses inside the CRM
- Work closely with the acquisitions and dispositions team to keep deals moving
- Stay organized while managing a high-volume sales pipeline remotely
What This Role Is Actually Like
This role requires consistency.
You will be calling people who may not answer. You will follow up with sellers who are not ready today. You will deal with rejection, price objections, skeptical homeowners, agents, buyers, and leads that require persistence before they become real opportunities.
This is a good fit for someone who can create opportunities through activity, not someone who only wants easy inbound leads.

Requirements
- Sales experience required
- Real estate experience preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Strong phone communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with sellers, agents, and buyers
- Organized and able to manage follow-up without constant supervision
- Comfortable using CRM software
- Ability to understand property details, seller motivation, pricing, repairs, and deal timelines
- Must be self-motivated and accountable in a remote role
- Must be comfortable with performance-based compensation

Compensation
This is a performance-based sales role with strong upside for consistent producers.
Your income will depend on your activity, follow-up, deal contribution, and ability to help move real estate opportunities through the pipeline.
This is not a guaranteed high-income role without production. Strong performers who can work both acquisitions and dispositions have the opportunity to earn significantly more.
