Unlike many high-volume dealerships, our advisors typically manage 8–12 repair orders per day, allowing you to build relationships with clients, thoroughly present Digital Multi-Point Inspections, and provide exceptional service—without the daily chaos.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage daily service appointments
- Welcome customers and accurately document vehicle concerns
- Review Digital Multi-Point Inspections with customers and explain recommended maintenance and repair needs
- Prepare estimates and obtain repair authorizations
- Communicate proactively regarding repair status, timelines, and costs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery
- Document declined services and recommend future maintenance
- Manage loaner vehicles and Lincoln Pickup & Delivery appointments when applicable
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required
- Dealership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
