The Opportunity
If you take pride in hands-on work and want to develop a skill you can get better at—and earn more from—this is an opportunity to build professional detailing experience while working independently in the field.
Pay ranges from $700–$1,200 per week, with top performers earning $1,300+ weekly. Experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training for dependable people who are willing to learn and serious about doing quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations throughout the DFW area to professionally clean and detail vehicles.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results on everything from daily drivers and fleet vehicles to luxury cars and supercars.
- Follow proven detailing processes and properly use professional equipment and products.
- Manage each job efficiently without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Work independently or with a small team and take responsibility for the finished result.
- Represent The Waterboys professionally when interacting with customers.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll likely do well here if you’re dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with hands-on work, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
Previous detailing experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train the right person.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Active working cell phone
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Able to safely operate cleaning tools and equipment
- Able to stand, bend, move equipment, and perform repetitive physical work
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $700–$1,200 per week, based on workload, quality, consistency, and performance.
Top performers can earn $1,300+ per week.

Work Location / Schedule
This is an on-the-road position serving customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. Team members should be comfortable traveling to customer locations across the Metroplex as part of their regular work.
Because this role serves customers throughout DFW, it is best suited for candidates who live in Dallas or Dallas County and are comfortable driving throughout the Metroplex.
The Waterboys operates 7 days a week, with work scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Full-time and part-time schedules are available within those operating hours.
You’ll work at customer locations rather than from one fixed detailing shop.
