We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team and drive excellence across store operations. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling, training, production, kitchen operation.
- Lead and supervise team members, providing coaching, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Manage customer interactions with professionalism, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through excellent service and effective communication skills.
- cash handling, POS transactions, and bookkeeping tasks accurately to maintain financial integrity.
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in food and beverage management or assistant manager roles with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for inventory control, daily work flows.
- Proficiency in math for pricing, sales analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability in supervising teams, managing shifts, and coordinating daily shop activities efficiently.
- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing decisions, and vendor relations to optimize inventory management.
- Knowledge of POS systems, wireless sales environments, marketing strategies, and upselling sales techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as cashiering, customer service excellence, and administrative tasks seamlessly. Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
