Duties
- Operate manufacturing equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), to facilitate efficient production cycles.
- Assemble products accurately using hand tools and mechanical knowledge, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Package finished goods securely according to specified procedures, maintaining consistency and safety.
- Follow FDA regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and packaging lines to identify issues early and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of production activities, including batch documentation and quality checks.
Qualifications
- Experience in preroll and cannabis packing.
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and basic automation systems.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and packaging protocols relevant to manufacturing industries.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
