The Talent Acquisition team helps connect talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities across the organization. As an HR Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in corporate recruiting while learning how talent acquisition strategies, technology, and strong partnerships come together to meet workforce needs.
The position is designed for students who are currently enrolled in a college or university and are available to work part-time during the academic year (20–30 hours per week) with the potential to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do

Support the Talent Acquisition team with daily recruiting and hiring activities.

Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring documentation.

Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate and requisition records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Coordinate pre-employment assessments, interviews, and onboarding-related activities.

Maintain recruiting files and records while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support hiring processes and new hire documentation.

Deliver a positive candidate and customer experience through professional and timely communication.

Assist with data entry, reporting, and recruiting-related administrative tasks.

Review candidate applications against job requirements and provide recommendations to recruiters.

Participate in special projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and talent acquisition initiatives.

Provide general administrative support to Talent Acquisition leaders and recruiters as needed.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
