Job Summary:
Reeder's AutoTire is a family-owned business focused on building meaningful and lasting relationships with our employees and customers. As a C-Store Assistant Manager, you are responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and leading a group of employees to uphold the "Reeder's Standard" while providing "Consistently Great" services. Roles of the C-Store Assistant Manager include understanding all duties of Reeder's Full-Service Drive Attendants and Reeder's Cashiers. Duties of a Cashier include restocking products, operating registers, and maintaining cleanliness of the store. The role of a Full-Service Drive Attendant includes greeting customers with enthusiasm, dispensing gas into vehicles, checking tire pressure, and washing vehicle windows. In addition, C-Store Assistant Managers will be responsible for maintaining inventory for assigned categories and actively participating in the training of new employees.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assign various tasks to employees under their daily team

Receive payment by cash, credit card, and Reeder's Bucks
-
Ability to accurately count and distribute cash
-
Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties, such as mopping floors and emptying trash cans

Routinely stocking items

Answer phone calls
-
Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate to other employees under their supervision the correct way to interact with customers

Oversee merchandising to ensure Reeder's product availability and visual appeal align with Reeder's standards and customer's expectations

Maintain inventory for assigned categories which includes ordering, stocking, and price audits

Create training content for LMS system with the help of Marketing and Brand Development Manager

Physical Requirements:
