About the Role – Systems Administrator (Managed Services)
Are you a problem-solver who loves technology, thrives in a team environment, and has a knack for great client service? Our Systems Administrator role focuses on providing top-tier support for our clients, both remotely and onsite. You’ll be the go-to for technical support, proactive maintenance, and equipment setup—becoming a crucial part of your clients’ success stories!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Communicate with clients through phone and email
- Onsite support of users and equipment
- Intermediate O365 troubleshooting
- Intermediate Active Directory Support
- Intermediate Windows OS Support
- Intermediate Mac OS Support
- Server, Cloud, and Networking Support and Troubleshooting
- Basic Project Implementation
Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter who can juggle multiple projects, follow directions precisely, and communicate with clarity and professionalism. Ideally, you have 3 years of professional IT experience, solid skills in Remote Desktop support, and an ability to support a wide range of technologies—from Microsoft Windows to network security cameras.
Additional Skills That’ll Make You Shine:
Experience in supporting multiple customer networks? Windows scripting? Relevant certifications like Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or VMWare? These are a plus and will make you stand out!
