We are looking for a Trust & Estates Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our established firm. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious attorney to gain direct client contact and take on substantive responsibility in a growing practice with a clear path to leadership.
What will you be doing?
- Drafting a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and business succession plans.
- Handling probate, guardianship, and other ancillary T&E matters.
- Providing support on general business and real estate law, broadening your expertise.
- Working directly with high-net-worth clients and taking on significant responsibility early in your career.
- Helping to shape the future of a smaller, dynamic practice group with significant growth potential.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of dedicated Trust & Estates experience.
- Substantive experience drafting the full range of estate planning documents.
- Familiarity with federal estate and gift tax issues.
- New Hampshire bar admission or a clear path to obtaining it (firm sponsored).
- Demonstrated, specific ties to New Hampshire if relocating from out of region.
Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
