Responsibilities:
ABA and Admin Floater
- Serve as a floater /standby for ABA therapist and scheduler roles.
- As a floater ABA therapist, Implement individualized behavior plans under the direction of the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- As a floater ABA therapistConsistently apply the principles of ABA in all interactions with children and families.
- As a floater ABA therapistComplete daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, and timely manner.
- As a floater ABA therapistWrite progress reports, and other requested written assignments related to the clients.
- As a floater scheduler, manage and update schedules for therapists ins the scheduling software, cover front desk reception and answer the scheduler/reception phone
- Other Administrative tasks
Authorization Admin Support
- Assist with making authorization related calls to the insurance when not covering for sessions
- Upload treatment plans in our data collection tool
- Add new clients in our data collection tool
- Authorization related admin tasks
- Other related admin duties assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior experience withABA therapy preferred
- Compassionate and patient with children
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
