Personal Injury law firm looking to hire a full-time remote paralegal with past experience in a personal injury law firm as a paralegal, case manager or legal assistant in MD, DC and/or VA.
Potential candidates should have knowledge of handling a personal injury case from initial intake through the close of a case including but not limited to intakes, requesting medical bills/records, requesting liens, handling PIP/medpay, sending LORs, setting up insurance claims, creating and sending demand letters, filings, confirming balances, assisting lawyer/attorney, etc.
Candidate must be able to work at a fast pace and communicate well with clients. Experience with Needles case management software is preferable but not required. Spanish speaking candidates are also preferred but not required.
