Integrated Body and Medicine is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and team-oriented Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic.
Our office combines physical therapy, chiropractic care, rehabilitation, spinal decompression, sports medicine, wellness, and personal injury treatment under one roof. We are looking for a PTA who enjoys helping patients recover naturally and wants to work in a modern, collaborative outpatient setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced PTAs and motivated new graduates seeking mentorship and growth.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, mobility, and strengthening programs recovering from the following:
Orthopedic injuries
Sports injuries
Auto accidents
Neck and back pain
Knee and shoulder conditions
Balance and mobility disorders
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Workers’ compensation injuries
- Apply therapeutic modalities and rehab techniques
- Educate patients on home exercises, posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention
- Accurately document patient treatments and progress notes
- Communicate effectively with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and providers
- Maintain a clean and professional treatment environment
- Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Current Indiana PTA license (or eligible)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred
- Outpatient orthopedic experience
- Personal injury or workers’ compensation experience
- Experience with therapeutic exercise progression
- EMR documentation experience
Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- Indiana Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (Required)
