What you’ll do
- Receive and process customer orders; enter and maintain order data in CRM/Sheets.
- Coordinate pickups with suppliers, carriers, and cold storage; schedule shipments and confirm ETAs.
- Prepare and issue commercial invoices, packing lists, and related documentation; coordinate customs paperwork with brokers.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, carriers and internal team in English and Spanish.
- Track shipments, update delivery status, and resolve logistics exceptions.
- Maintain customer and supplier records; file and organize documents in cloud storage.
- Produce weekly operational reports (order status, shipments, receivables, exceptions).
- Support invoicing and follow up on payments; escalate issues as needed.
What we’re looking for
- Fluent English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- 2+ years administrative or logistics experience; experience in food/meat trade or cold-chain logistics preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping docs (B/L, commercial invoice, packing list) and basic customs processes.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with CRM or ERP systems a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Miami-based preferred with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
