Our client is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. The Material Handler will be responsible for efficiently and safely handling materials within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and receiving, operating equipment such as cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers, and utilizing warehouse management systems.
**Duties:** - Perform shipping and receiving duties in accordance with company standards - Safely operate equipment including cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers - Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders - Conduct heavy lifting as required - Follow OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment - Assist in building and organizing pallets for shipments - Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
**Qualifications:** **Required Skills:** - Experience in shipping and receiving operations - Proficiency in operating cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers - Familiarity with warehouse management systems - Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks - Knowledge of OSHA regulations - Strong attention to detail
