Class A CDL Local Shuttle Driver – Paragould, AR
We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated local shuttle position in Paragould, Arkansas.
Drivers move loaded and empty dry van trailers between manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and warehouse locations throughout Northeast Arkansas. Most routes remain within approximately 100 miles of Paragould, although occasional runs may extend up to 250 miles from the terminal.
This is a home-daily position offering steady hours, consistent year-round freight, and a stable manufacturing and distribution environment.

Home Time: Home daily
Freight: Packaging products and manufacturing materials
Equipment: Day cab tractors with dry van trailers
Hours: Approximately 40–60 hours per week
Typical Workday: Approximately 8–14 hours
Pet Policy: Pets allowed, excluding aggressive breeds
Experience-Based Pay
0–3 years of experience: $20.50 per hour
3–6 years of experience: $21.00 per hour
6–9 years of experience: $21.50 per hour
10 or more years of experience: $22.00 per hour
Additional Pay
Night shift premium: Additional $1.00 per hour
Weekend premium: Additional $5.50 per hour
Holiday premium: Additional $5.50 per hour
Monthly bonus: Approximately $200 based on company performance
Detention pay: Paid after 2 hours
Layover pay: $200
Please note that overtime is not paid after 40 hours.
Job Responsibilities
Move loaded and empty trailers between local plants, warehouses, and distribution facilities
Complete frequent trailer drops, hooks, and yard moves
Operate primarily within approximately 100 miles of Paragould
Complete occasional routes up to approximately 250 miles from the terminal
Perform frequent backing in manufacturing and warehouse environments
Work safely around active docks, yards, and production facilities
Remain flexible for changing daily shuttle and warehouse needs

Basic Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Must meet all company safety and qualification requirements
Must be comfortable with frequent backing and trailer moves
Must be available for workdays ranging from approximately 8–14 hours
Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Paragould, Arkansas
