Most sales jobs hand you a desk and a phone. I call that H.A.P., Hope And Pray. This one hands you a phone, a CRM full of people who already raised their hand, and a commission plan with no ceiling.
We’re a recovery and performance studio on Wedington, and we’re hiring someone who lives on the phone and closes. These are warm leads only, no cold calling. People who asked about cryotherapy, body sculpting, and recovery and then went quiet. Your job is to call them, book them into the studio, and turn first visits into memberships.
Plan on about 30 hours a week on a schedule we build together, including at least two evenings and a Saturday block. Once you’re ramped, that’s 80 to 100 call attempts a day on top of texts and emails, and a scorecard that looks like 25 or more showed appointments and 10 or more new memberships a month.
The pay is built for someone who produces. Base is $15 an hour. The real money is commission, and it’s uncapped. You earn when an appointment actually shows, and you earn again when you close a membership. Run hard and your check shows it. If the numbers aren’t there, this won’t be the right seat, and we’ll both know that early.
You’re right for this if you’ve sold on the phone before, gym memberships, insurance, a dealership phone-up desk, solar, a call center, any of it, and you can tell me your daily call numbers without having to think about it. Rejection rolls off you because you already know the next call is the one. You’ve worked inside a CRM and you follow up until you get a yes or a no, not a maybe. Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus. Already using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to work smarter is a bigger one.
This isn’t for you if you want a paycheck that lands no matter what you sold, or a quiet room where the phone mostly sits there.
