Pay & Earnings
- $18–$22 per hour
- Approximately 25–35 hours per week *Estimated
- Around $450–$770 per week in base pay *Estimated
- Around $1,950–$3,330 per month in base pay *Estimated

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure surfaces are hygienic and safe
- Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care to maintain pristine flooring conditions
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items
- Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and vents to eliminate dust buildup and improve indoor air quality
- Handle manual lifting of cleaning supplies and heavy furniture or appliances safely during deep cleans or move-in/move-out services
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain proper use of janitorial equipment while adhering to safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Organize cleaning schedules efficiently using time management skills to maximize productivity without compromising quality
- Ensure outdoor areas are tidy by sweeping patios or decks when required
Experience
- Prior residential cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces such as countertops, appliances, windows, and fixtures is advantageous
- Experience with carpet cleaning techniques and outdoor work is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and janitorial supplies ensures effective sanitation practices
- Demonstrated ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks confidently
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations
- Proven time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
