We're expanding our personal lines capabilities and looking for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Producer to help us deepen relationships with our existing commercial clients by offering home and auto insurance solutions.

What You'll Do
- Proactively reach out to existing commercial clients to discuss and quote personal home and auto insurance
- Develop new customers and prospects to grow our personal lines book
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify additional personal lines opportunities
- Cross-sell and multiline commercial accounts by bundling personal insurance products
- Shop and quote across multiple carriers (Progressive, GEICO, Allstate, Safeco, Hagerty, Kemper, and more) to find the best fit and value for each client
- Provide expert guidance on coverage options, policy terms, and pricing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and policy details in our agency management system
- Collaborate with our commercial lines team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and personal lines market trends
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Proven experience as a Personal Lines Producer or similar role
- Strong track record of sales success and meeting production goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with our commercial team
- Experience with agency management systems and carrier rating platforms
- A consultative, client-first approach to selling insurance
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $40,000, plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses
- Total earning potential of $75,000–$120,000+ annually
- Warm leads from an established commercial client base, plus opportunity to build your o with new prospects
- Health allowance after 6 months
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. No evenings, no weekends.
